Job Description
The Human Capital & Transformation function is a vital unit within our organization that focuses on managing and optimizing the organization's most valuable asset: its people.
Its primary objective is to promote the workforce development in line with strategic goals of the organization while fostering a positive work environment that enables employees to thrive and contribute to the organization's success.
Within Human Capital & Transformation, the team Culture is responsible for spreading a customer centric culture, leveraging on people strategy priorities, talent management and training, and developing a recognizable inclusive environment where diversity brings excellence.
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Contribute in the development of a change management plan to support the Cultural transformation of the Business unit to become an even more recognized player in the asset management sector, towards a customer centric, inclusive and excellence culture
- Support the implementation of a People Strategy, starting from the deploy of Engagement Survey to collect the needs and priorities to be addressed
- Support the team for talent management process as a key lever to invest on our human capital:
- Talent management review (identification and validation process)
- Coordination and implementation of ad hoc development initiatives
- Coordination of talent mobility
- Support the implementation of Diversity Equity and Inclusion strategy for the BU linked to the related KPIs
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Social Sciences preferred
- International exposure (work experience preferred)
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel)
- Knowledge of digital, social/business networks will be a plus
- English proficiency
- Previous track record in the Human Resources field (undergraduate, graduate education or work experience) is preferred.
